The cost of your pet's cremation will naturally depend on your own personal preferences and the details you choose.  We want to be as flexible as possible so please feel free to discuss your particular requirements with your vet or directly with us.

Our cremation fees are based on the weight of the pet and include the following:

•  Pick up of the pet during normal office hours and within a 25 mile radius of our facility
•  Pet's ashes placed within container of your choice
•  Certificate of Cremation
•  Copy of the "Rainbow Bridge" poem, suitable for framing

  What should I do if my pet passes away?

  What are my options?

Clients are provided a wide range of caskets and urns to choose from.  All of which can be engraved for the return of your pet's ashes.  A gallery of Memorial Containers is available on our Products page.

   How can I be sure I have received my own pet's ashes?

This is a commonly asked question.  We provide a comprehensive process to ensure that the pet's ashes are returned to the rightful owner. It is important for the owner to know that their beloved pet has truly been returned to them.
 

1. Once a pick up has been scheduled, we provide a cremation ID number to the pet.
2. We identify and tag the pet with the cremation ID number upon pick up.
3. A stainless steel cremation disc with the ID number engraved on it remains with the pet throughout the cremation process.  
4. The ashes and disc are placed in a complimentary decorative container labeled with the pets name.  
5. The complimentary decorative container is also labeled with the cremation ID number.  
6. A certificate of cremation bearing the pet's name, owners name, cremation ID number and date of cremation is prepared and personally signed.  
7. Paperwork with the pet's information is matched with the pet's ashes.
